News Updates: September news articles added.
Concert Video: video from 2008 concert at Mandurah Performing arts centre added

Proudly formed in 1966 the WA Police Pipe Band has served the communities of Western Australia as well as the wider Australian community, whilst always performing other key functions within the Western Australia Police Service. Having contributed to frontline policing over the years, in various departments, band members now spend half their time at the Police Assistance Centre, where emergency calls are taken and vital police support is attended to.

In addition to ceremonial duties the band is approached by hundreds of organisations and rarely misses any event here in WA. We run a hugely successful schools program performing and talking to over 12000 children in 2008. We support many charities at all kind of events and we play at nursing homes, street parades, festivals, surf life saving and sporting events, multicultural celebrations, exhibitions, federal and state government engagements to name but a few.

To travel interstate and abroad band members raise funds in their own time. To find out more please see the About Us section.

If you would like to book The Band, please download the appropriate form according to your event, be it a schools booking, or a standard events booking.
